Country Smokehouse BBQ and Catering is a licensed and certified caterer located on the Welsh Mountain in Lancaster County.

For many years, Ron and Sonya have enjoyed cooking and grilling as a hobby which has now evolved into a full-service catering business. Their Pennsylvania Dutch heritage and passion for creating tasty food has resulted in a large collection of favorite recipes, including some passed down from Grandma’s kitchen. They make almost everything from scratch in their new, state-of-the-art commercial kitchen. Each new recipe goes through rigorous taste testing and tweaking until it reaches mouth-watering perfection. Their specialty is smoked and grilled meats which have earned raving reviews and are a favorite of their clients.
